Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle is a simple yet powerful framework that explains why some organizations are more inspiring and influential than others. It consists of three concentric rings:

WHY (The Core): The purpose, cause, or belief that drives an organization. It’s the reason the organization exists, which is not about making money.
HOW (The Middle): The processes, unique value proposition, or differentiating factors that bring the WHY to life.
